DEPARTMENTS OF LEADS GROUP

Academics:

                        LEADS academics department play a backbone role of leads school system. The department provide to students various styles of teachings and social skills for change their thoughts and behaviors,   and also to translate human values into practice through role model. It collaborate with academia colleagues on curriculum development and coordinate with media department and publication department. It ensuring the timely development, standardized preparation of exams, assessments, admissions test, online test and delivery of scheme of studies, lesson planning, and support material. It also formulate the academic and activity calendar and organize co-curricular activities.

Marketing:

                        LEADS Group has the best and most recognizable marketing team and they become a benchmark for all others. It maintain the gateway between customers and the Group. It provides all sorts of guidance and support to its stakeholders regarding marketing particularly at local level and national level with new and modern technologies.

Finance:

                        The leads finance department play a key role in the development of leads group. The department has a professional team which is always available for the guidance of associate partners regarding bank accounts, proper maintenance of financial account’s, income and expenditure statements and its transaction in transparent manners. Monitoring and planning for the institution’s financial position and financial control systems is normally undertaken by a finance department.

Resource:

                        The resource department help all associates in providing all sorts of academic material like books, note books, teaching aids, uniform, school bags, stationery, or  many other things to facilitates our campuses in all aspects and deliver their order in time and also take care about quality assurance.

ICT:

                        ICT is a broad subject and the concepts are evolving.[3] It covers any product that will store, retrieve, manipulate, transmit or receive information electronically in a digital form, e.g. The aim of Information and communication Technology department is to provide web portal services to LEADS Group in an effective manner. ICT department also conduct web portal training sessions periodically for the campuses. Maintenance, updating of web portal, up gradation and quality assurance of web web portal is also the prime responsibilities of ICT department.

CRM:

 A campus Relationship management Department serves primarily as a group's recruiter. In addition, this department commonly works on a school or college campus to coordinate and oversee student activities as well as organize events, often with the help of administrators and advisors. Campus relationship management utilize marketing and sales skills to increase enrollment at a school, college or university. The team of CRM oversee a marketing staff and work beside campus officials to organize promotional events and build interest in Groups programs. It work well with people and can easily build and maintain professional relationships

Quality Assurance:

                   The exact duties of a LEADS quality assurance department vary from industry to industry. Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications. Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met. Setting   customer service standards. It investigating and setting standards for quality   and safety. It  working  with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.

 

Research and Training Department:

The LEADS research and training department performs a number of highly important roles within an organization. They are responsible for research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols into Leads Group and overseeing the development of new strategy of Group. It delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees.
